He was born on December 30th, 1973. He graduated as a lawyer from Masaryk University in Brno. In 2000-2003, he worked as a clerk at AK JUDR, and later on he worked as an independent lawyer. In 2013, he nominated his candidacy from ANO2011 movement to the Chamber of Deputies and was elected a member of parliament winning the elections. Since December 5th, 2013, he is a chairman of the Constitutional Issues Committee of the Chamber of Deputies. On 11 January 2017, he was elected the first Vice-Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies. In 2014, he successfully participated in municipal elections in Kromerjij. In November 2014, he was appointed a deputy mayor of the city. After being elected as the Vice Chairman the Parliament in 2017, has resigned from this post.In February 2017, he was elected a member of the Presidium of ANO2011 movement.He is married and has two children.
